Overview
Principals and other school leaders have a critical role when it Cultivating faith leaders in Catholic schools has never been more important if schools are to continue to serve as centres of evangelisation in the Church’s mission of evangelisation. Faith leaders need to be intentionally educated and formed at every level of Catholic education – from students to teachers to principals and system leaders. Fostering a vibrant faith community and a strategic focus on the two high impact areas of leader and teacher formation for mission and student formation for peer-to-peer ministry are critical if individuals at each level are to embrace their role in transmitting and living out the Gospel. |
