Target Audience:  Students Year 5 and Year 6

Overview
Encouraged to create art works and written reflections on Advent and the meaning of Christmas from their studies in their Religious Education classes, Year 5 and Year 6 students in Bathurst begin working on their entries usually in May.  

An estimated 2000 children from 29 schools participate. From this number a short list of 150-160 is created by asking RE teachers and parents from each of the schools to submit the three best Year 5 entries and the three best Year 6 entries.
